Zhangjiagang City Shengda Steel Wire Rope Co., Ltd. is a professional tire bead wire manufacturer, located at the West Gate of the beautiful city, Zhangjiagang, 8 km away from the bonded area, Because of the scale up ,that moves to jiangyin that is in industrial zone  sicene 2012,neighboring the international metropolis, Shanghai, in the east, next to the ancient city with a history of 1, 000 years, Suzhou, in the south , links to Wuxi in the west and close to Changjiang River. Its water and land transportation is convenient. the new factory is named JiangSu ShengDa Technology Co.,Ltd in China.

This company has advanced equipments, like computer-controlled open-fire heat treatment acid washing & phosphating serial production line, etc. as well as scientific and complete physical & chemical testing facilities equipped, have a production capacity over 80, 000 tons of 0.78~3.0mm series bronze tempered bead wires and also going to expanding production capacity over 150, 000 tons at the end of 2011. Our products are produced and accepted in strict accordance with national standards and severely as customer required.

This new company covers an area of 60, 000 m2 including area 45, 000 m2, has 265 employees, in which, 35 are engineering technicians with professional technological titles and 35 professional quality testing personnel. All critical production posts are operated by technical workers who have seniorities of over fifteen years of continuous service.

The current boss bought it in 2002 .after decades of development, production rose to 80, 000 tons per year from the original 10, 000 tons per year, employees increased from 150 to 500.Because of the scale up ,that moves to jiangyin  in industrial zone  in  2012, The new company has the most advanced equipment, and the most perfect management and advanced productivity ,also won many patents that won the title of top ten enterprises.
